At Engineered Sauces, our mission is to create delicious sauces that compliment and enhance the flavor of the your dishes. We believe that good a hot sauces is not simply packed with heat that overpowers the dish, leaving you parched, sweaty, and uncomfortable. With a balanced flavor profile, Engineered Heat can compliment a variety of dishes, or even be enjoyed solo, as a dip.

We are committed to using only natural ingredients and no artificial preservatives. In our humble beginnings, all our peppers were grown in our home garden without any pesticides or chemicals. Our small home garden can no longer keep up with the demand, so we outsource our peppers, but remain committed to being an all natural product.

We started humbly in 2021 after the few pepper plants we planted in our home garden exploded with more peppers than we knew what to do with. On a whim we decided to make some hot sauce and made a little more than a dozen bottles that we gave to family and friends. The response was overwhelming, so we planted more plants the next year. Wel
We started humbly in 2021 after the few pepper plants we planted in our home garden exploded with more peppers than we knew what to do with. On a whim we decided to make some hot sauce and made a little more than a dozen bottles that we gave to family and friends. The response was overwhelming, so we planted more plants the next year. Well, we didn’t plant enough because the response was more than we expected and had to buy more peppers to keep up with demand. That trend continued in 2023, and now we are poised to start making Engineered Heat available to many more people.
